Ashley works with multiple insurances such as Aetna, Anthem, Carelon, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Curalinc. If you have questions regarding a particular insurance or payment please reach out.

*Not currently in network with Medicaid or Medicare*

Federal and state laws require that your therapist maintain confidentiality of what is discussed during therapy. There are a few exceptions to these laws that aim to ensure your safety and the safety of others:

*Suspected child or elder abuse or neglect

*Suspected harm to you or to another person

*To support reimbursement of services through your healthcare plan, if you elect to use your benefits

*When court ordered to testify

I use a HIPAA compliant platform, Sessions from TherapyNotes, to conduct video therapy sessions. You should make sure to be in a quiet place where you won’t be interrupted for sessions and that you are connected to high speed internet.
